With her own foundation built across her years as an engineering student at Visvesvaraya Technological University and learning management at Amity Business School, Neha brings to OIT an innate ability to identify problems and curate solutions – making her an integral part of the smooth flow of processes, quality, and operations that empower the organization.
Leading by example, Neha has built an open and effective workplace to foster support and knowledge. Her years of hands-on experience delivering global, complex solutions and comprehensive portfolio management provide a deep knowledge of how things work in the fluid software development world. Neha knows what goes into quality and how to implement it daily. Her previous work in Southeast Asia honed her skills in program management, resource management, and delivering consistent excellence in a diverse global environment.
